St Aidan's in Wigan is the hub of our community in Winstanley. It has a large car park & bowling greens to the rear.
It is adjacent to a children's play area, swing park & playing fields.

It is also within 5 minutes access to the M6 Motorway, making it an ideal venue for large Function Room parties & business meetings or conferences.

Our small function room can cater for up to 60 people, while the larger room can accommodate 140

Entertainment

Once a month, we hold a concert night, which consists of a live act, disco till late and bingo with some great prizes.

Small functions for up to 60 people, can be catered for in our cosy lounge area.

Large functions for up to 140 people would be accommodated in our modern & spacious function room.

Functions and Events

Not only do we regularly get booked up for Anniversaries, Birthdays etc but we are also famous for catering for other events such as Charity Fund Raisers, Corporate meetings, Graduation Parties, Race Nights, Retirements and homecomings!

Catering Key Points

Catering can be arranged for your party in our function room or we can provide names of local caterers, that are tried & tested.

Entertainment

Entertainment is provided by approved entertainment agencies who we work closely with. The club provides live entertainment on a Saturday evening and on specific occasions throughout the year. These are for both members and non-members. Due to the nature of these events, they sometimes carry a small entry fee.

Quizzes, Bingo, sports are also on regularly throughout the week.
