Function Room Info

The function room at OLMC is very comfortable, it is suitably sized to cater for up to 150 people. The room is used by different user groups throughout the week (these are open for all to join in) and the facility is also available to hire at very competitive rates, on Friday nights and most days throughout the week. Catering can be provided or arranged. 

We can cater for all events: Weddings and birthday parties are always popular, whilst we will be happy to host your Anniversary celebrations, Funeral arrangements as well as corporate events. (Unfortunately we cannot cater for 18th Birthday Parties).

Functions and Events

Alongside our ability to accommodate a variety of functions, we also provide other key diary events.

Christmas & New Year showcases are generally very popular and tickets quite often sell out for these events so please book early to avoid disappointment as top class entertainment is always guaranteed.

Not only do we regularly get booked up for Anniversaries, Birthdays etc but we are also famous for catering for other events such as Charity Fund Raisers, Corporate meetings, Graduation Parties, Race Nights, Retirements and homecomings! 

Catering Key Points

OLMC can help cater for your needs and we have a close relationship with a local caterer who we have worked with for over 10 years. We can make the necessary arrangements to cater for your function, whatever the size of the party.
From a small get-together to an all day wedding party.

These services are at a very reasonable price & include a welcome service & clean away.

Entertainment

Entertainment is provided by approved entertainment agencies who we work closely with.The club provides live entertainment on a Sunday evening and on specific occasions throughout the year. These are for both members and non members. 

Quizzes, Bingo, sports are also on regularly throughout the week.
