The main function room at Our Lady of Walsingham boasts a versatile area.  There is an adaptable raised area ideal for buffets to be kept separate and out the way of guests.  With plenty of seating, both fixed and moveable, the only limit is your imagination!  We have a spacious dance floor, full DJ & stage set up including lighting.  The room is fully air-conditioned for your comfort with a large well-stocked bar.

The smaller function area, affectionately known as ‘the White Elephant’, holds 50 people and is situated in the Lounge.  Ideal for smaller functions or corporate events, again the area can be adapted to suit your needs.

We are able to assist with all aspects of your event, making the whole experience much more relaxing for you.

Functions and Events

We can cater for all events, anything & everything!  Christenings, weddings & birthday parties have always been popular at Our Lady of Walsingham but we have organised all sorts of retirement parties and graduations to team building days and anniversaries.

Key diary dates and annual events are always busy, these include Mother's Day, St Patrick's Day, Aintree Races & the Grand National, Father’s Day and of course Christmas and New Year.

Bank Holidays are always popular as we always have something going on at Our Lady of Walsingham, be it live music, family fun or a star night, you are guaranteed top class entertainment and service.

We also show all major sporting events, we are famed for our Liverpool/Everton Derby Day atmosphere so put on your team colours and cheer your team to a win (hopefully!) with us.

Catering Key Points

Our Lady of Walsingham is able to offer a full catering service through our local catering partners, who are highly recommended. From start to finish, we can assure you a quality service, based on your individual needs whatever the size of your event.  There is no restriction on menus so if you have an idea, our catering partners will do their very best to ensure you get what you want.

Entertainment

Entertainment at Our Lady of Walsingham is second to none.

Once a month, we have our Party Night.  This ranges from Comedy, live music, tribute nights, theme nights, and the list is endless.  They are extremely popular so make sure you get here early to get a seat.

Not forgetting our smaller guests, we have regular family fun days and children’s events.  These dates have proved to be a huge success and we are always bulging at the seams, they are an ideal opportunity for the adults to have a drink in peace while the kids tire themselves out on our Bouncy Castle, dance the night away at our Children’s Disco or are entertained by our resident children’s entertainer, Izzy Wizzy.
